Few lines from "Leisure" By William H Davies

What is this life,  if full of care
we have no time to stand and stare

No, time to stand beneath the trees
and stare for long at sheep and geese

No, time to feel the breeze that pass
and see the squirrels hide their nuts in grass

No, time to stand in broad daylight
and see the stars that shine at night

No, time to see the birds that sing
and see the temple bells that ring

A, poor life like this if full of care
we have no time to stand and stare.
