Together we move, together we move
beneath the azure sky
and above the oceans
away from the dusky world of thou and thy.

We have miles to go along the tall thick trees
fording the green meadows and the balmy breeze
Like independent birds who are carefree
enjoying the beauty of nature with a glee.

Together we move, together we move
beneath the azure sky
and above the oceans
neglecting all hurdles
and hopping over small puddles

No barriers, no boundaries, no borders can stop us
as, we make our way towards tranquility!!

It's about music and me!!

Though the title is a perfect mismatch for what follows but then who cares??...It just stroked me like a camera flash and I thought of putting it here (Would gladly change if you suggest something apt for this) because I wanted to share my thoughts so I just started joining the pieces. I recently analyzed that of all my interests (which you can view in detail on my profile ;) Writing and Music are among few things which can never bore me. Writing whether shabby or interesting, seamy or squeaky clean is something which I really like doing and find fascinating…just like those colorful candies which fascinated us many years ago!! My love for blogging truly shows this.
And then is listening to music, which really gives me a high (exaggeration it might seem, but is indeed true), Be it classical or metal…Telgu or English (being a north Indian though I don’t get even a bit of the Telgu stuff) but still I love listening to them and as it’s said music has no barriers whether geographical or linguistic, one just needs to appreciate the rhythms, the soothing tunes which gives solace to the soul and quench the thirst within!!
Recently I had been home for Diwali celebrations though I didn’t get much time for blogging and all but I happened to hear some very good stuff, actually the unplugged/acoustic versions of various Bollywood songs. Amazing they were, who said Bollywood songs now a day’s suck (Though my mum is always complaining). No doubt nothing can be compared with the good old melodies of yester years. Kishore Kumar, Mukesh, Rafi all were brilliant and are unparalleled (all d grannies would nod to this) but then even in today’s times we get to hear some beautiful melodies. AR Rehman also called the Mozart of the Bollywood music and one of my favorites is a live example, his music can take you to a different world altogether. I simply love all his compositions whether in Hindi and Tamil. Besides him, there are many other Bollywood singers who sing with their heart. Anyways I would recommend these unplugged versions to you all as they are really a delight to hear.

A hot cup of tea with mouth watering pakodas in the mild winters on your room’s balcony with a wonderful piece of music in the backdrop (for me it was the Bin tere song- the unplugged version :) nothing could beat the sanctity of the moment. The winter clouds passing over head and the creeper in front though slightly withered, was amazing. It’s rightly said that happiness can come in small packets and from the most unexpected things…sometimes!!
